Q. Are any of your products made in the U.S.A.?
A. Yes, most of the products in our line are made in the U.S.A., including our popular Jewelry Stax™ line, Cosmetic Stax, Drawer Organizing Systems, Fold ‘N” Stax, Extendables, and many other products.
 

Q. Where can I buy Jewelry Stax?
A. Jewelry Stax is available at Bed, Bath & Beyond, The Container Store, Organize.com, as well as thousands of independent storage and organization business's around the world - email us at neatnixinfo@neatnix.com for a location near you or order on line at www.neatnix.com.  Selections will vary by store, however.

Q. What colors do the Jewelry Stax come in?
A. Burgundy, Midnight Blue, Pearl Grey and some items are still available in a Blue Spruce and Dusty Rose.   Each retailer usually only carries one color and selections will vary by store.
  
Q. Is the Jewelry Stax tarnish resistant?
A. Yes!  The liner of the Jewelry Stax has been treated to help tarnish problems with silver jewelry.

Q. What is your return/exchange policy?
A. At Neatnix, we take great pride in the quality and craftsmanship of our products.  If you are not happy with any of our Neatnix items, you can return it for credit or exchange it.  Returns will be credited for the merchandise value.  You will be responsible for the shipping costs for both returns and exchanges. Q. How much do you charge for shipping?
A.  The average order has a freight cost of $9.95 - the freight is based on the amount you spend not the number of items.  Some oversized items do have an extra freight allowance but you are advised of that before we complete the order.  If you order over $150 shipping is FREE!

Q. Do you have any coupons or discounts?
A. Periodically we run special promotions so check back often or email us at neatnixinfo@neatnix.com to be added to the mailing list.  There are some coupon codes available on the internet.

Q. Do you ship to Canada and internationally?
A. Yes - we advise you of your freight costs before shipping.

Q. Are my purchases secure on your website?
A. Yes, we process credit cards differently than most online shopping sites; where most are real time, and charging your account in a secure environment immediately.  Our shopping cart takes your card information and encrypts it so only our Customer Service Reps can see it, and then later process it in batch format with the banks.  It truly is secure, and you are wise to double check.  If you still want to speak to a live person to place your order, please call us at 1-800-683-NEAT.
